Airport transfer
Samui Beach Village is pleased to offer pick up and drop off service to make your travel and stay effortless for only 25USD each way.
During your reservations process we will ask for your flight details to ensure you are met at the airport at the right time. We also ring the airport to confirm if your flight is late or early before you arrive, so you are never left stranded!
One of our drivers from Samui Beach Village will greet you at the airport when your flight arrives with a clear sign indicating your name and SBV and drop you direct to your villa door.
When you are ready to head home, our staff will double check your flight details and arrange for one of our drivers to pick you up at your villa doorstep and get you safely to the airport on time.
General Samui Villa Rental Services
A team of 16, supervised by our Guest Relations Manager Fiona, oversees your villa and stay.
Our friendly staff will visit your villa twice a day, unless you advise otherwise and attend to any needs you may have to ensure your stay with us is exceptional.
Tropical breakfast
SBV is pleased to offer you a complimentary continental style breakfast which will be delivered to your villa every morning between 8am and 9am. Your breakfast delivery consists of a variety of fresh local fruits that are in-season such as watermelon, pineapple and pomelo (mild grapefruit type fruit), a selection of yoghurts, cereal, coffee and fruit juice. In addition we offer breads and delicious pastries which change daily accompanied by an assortment of jams.
Maid Service
Meaw and her staff will visit your villa twice a day, unless you advise otherwise and attend to any needs you may have to ensure your stay with us is exceptional. SBV aims to be environmentally conscious at all times and we replace towels only when necessary. In keeping with the conservation of the environment, bed linen is changed every 3 days, but if you would like them changed more frequently our staff will happily oblige.
Private Chef Service
SBV is proud to offer something a little special to make your stay exceptional. We have an in-house chef service to cater to your every taste, with a range of pre-set menus or you can tailor your own, we can cater anywhere from one person to a large group.
Executive Chef Eak selects only the freshest produce from the local markets and will prepare and cook your meal in the privacy of your villa, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or an anniversary – we can also provide various banquet options to suit.
Waiter Service for Meals
Whether you are using our Private Chef service, or you are preparing your own dinner, we can supply waiters to lend a helping hand.
They’ll set the table, replenish drinks as required and be there to ensure your dinner runs smoothly.
In-Villa Delivery
If you feel like dining in and relaxing in the comfort of your villa, SBV provides a take away service including delicious local Thai food as well as Western dishes for those who prefer the tastes of home. All dishes are made from scratch including the coconut milk and curry paste. All you need to do is order from your villa menu and we will promptly collect it and ensure you’re food is cooked to perfection and personally delivered.
Pre-arrival and Ongoing Self-Catering Provisioning
After a long flight, there’s nothing better when settling in to your villa knowing that your cupboards are stocked with the food items you like. When making your booking, simply let our Reservations staff know what you would like purchased and we will ensure everything is ready upon your arrival for your Samui Villa rental.
If you run out of anything or simply desire certain foods or beverages, our staff are happy to do your shopping for you at anytime during your stay and place them in your resort villa.
Massage
When on holidays, it’s always nice to indulge in the luxuries we often don’t get time for at home.
We offer a range of massage options you can enjoy in the privacy of your villa.
Whether it is a traditional Thai massage, oil massage, foot or hand massage or any other massage you are after – we can provide what you need to help you relax and unwind.
Beauty Treatments
If you’re looking for an extra special treat whilst relaxing in your villa, why not indulge in some beauty treatments.
We offer many treatments including facials, pedicures, manicures, foot scrubs and more. If there is something you desire, we will do our best to ensure we provide it for you and ensure your holiday is complete.
Photography
SBV have a professional photographer on hand, who is a well know artist and resident of Samui. Having taken all of the SBV shots as well as weddings and other events held here at SBV we can highly recommend Rang’s services, especially if you’re looking to capture the memories of your holiday in a spectacular way.
Wifi
All villas offer high speed wireless internet (free of charge!) affording you the ability to stay connected to your family, friends or work. We have our own Wi Fi network set up specifically for SBV which is reliable and fast and furthermore, we have a system manager available on call if technical assistance is required. If you need to print or copy any documents, we are more than happy to do so free of charge for you in our main office.
Phone
In each of our resort syle Samui luxury villas rentals, we have provided a mobile phone to make life easy for you. The phone comes pre-set with all the numbers you will need during your stay such as the Guest Relations Manager’s number, driver service, taxi service and food delivery service. When you arrive we will provide you with the mobile phone number which can be used for friends and family alike to contact you during your stay. If you would like to make international calls on your mobile (cheaper than using your mobile from your home country!), you can purchase more credit for the phone from our Reception/Office at any time.
Entertainment
Every Samui villa comes equipped with the latest in modern technology including cable TV and DVD/CD players. Numerous international television networks are available, including English, Japanese and Chinese channels. A selection of the latest DVD’s are also available for your viewing pleasure.
Tailor
If you are looking to have an item made or copied, or simply have something fixed, hemmed or re-buttoned – we can organize our trusted tailor to provide you with quality service.
Driver Service
If you are going out for dinner or perhaps heading out for some shopping around the island and you require our driver service, you’ll find a mobile phone in your villa with a preset driver service number. All you need to do is dial the number and inform the driver of your destination they will happily escort you there.
Car & Motorbike Hire
When in Samui, it’s great to discover what the beautiful island has to offer. SBV can organize a vehicle for you, be it small or large to cater for a group. All you need to do is let us your requirements, either during your booking process via our Reservations staff or any day during your stay and we will arrange a suitable car or motorbike to be dropped off to your villa rental for your use and collected when you no longer require it.
Personal Training
Whether keeping up your routine from home whilst on holidays or wanting to increase your fitness when in Samui, we can arrange an accredited Personal Trainer to assist you. Tailor your own sessions or let the professionals create a workout for you. Enjoy your session in the privacy of your villa or on the stunning expanse of beach on your doorstep.
Swimming Lessons
An accredited swimming professional is available during your stay for lessons, from beginners through to the advanced.
Babysitting
SBV is pleased to offer a babysitting /child minding service. Our babysitters have experience with children of all ages and will keep your children entertained or watch over their nighttime sleep to ensure your peace of mind.
Laundry Service
When on holidays, we often run out of clean clothes to wear and need a fresh change. Should you wish to have our SBV staff wash and iron your clothes, we’re happy to oblige. Laundry bags are provided in your villa bedroom wardrobes and will be collected daily. Within two days, our staff will ensure your clothes are returned to your villa clean, fresh, ironed and ready for you to wear.
Security
A security post at the entrance to the villa complex houses a guard who is available 24 hours a day. He does regular rounds of the villas at night to ensure you are safe and secure during your stay.
