Our experience from the moment we made contact with the driver at the airport to arriving at SBV was most welcoming. The staff were there for all our needs and were even ready to serve dinner at 10pm after our long trip from the UK. We were even provided a jug of milk for our morning tea! This level of service remained throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble.
Great villa for a large group of people. Great facilities.
Overall I had a fantastic stay despite my physical disabilities and ALL the staff were ever willing to help and made me feel welcome. Andrea was very happy and enjoyed her stay very much.

We came here for my son's wedding and have had a wonderful stay. Baan Lotus has been absolutely fabulous for all the family including 2 small children. The wedding was beautiful and the attention to detail amazing, a real fairytale wedding. The complex is kept immaculate & all the staff friendly & helpful. The food we had in the restaurant and room service was very good. We will certainly recommend to our friends & for a wedding it would be hard to beat. It would be nice to come back and celebrate our golden wedding anniversary in 2 years time!

SBV was a fantastic location for our family holiday. It offered the perfect balance between luxury and flexibility for our two small children. We had the perfect holiday and will definitely be coming back!
We find Samui Beach Village's staff very friendly, particularly Fiona & her admin. Our family of nine felt very much at home & we enjoyed the facilities provided. The villa we stayed in is also tastefully furnished surrounded by tall plants and high shrubs which gave us plenty of privacy. An ideal getaway for family!
We had a fantastic stay with our 3 children. Tours to satisfy all of us, were easy to find and arrange, plus some relaxing time for us. All staff did their utmost to make this a great holiday.

My new dress was amazing and the wedding day was exactly how I thought it would be just perfect!

We loved our stay at Samui Beach Village. the villas are absolutely superb and the service is beyond any standard we have experiences so far. We would recommend this resort to everybody.
Speghts eight from NZ had an amazing experience in Koh Samui, the Chef had us totally stuffed as we ate in-house 5 out of the 7 nights. Loved it!!
Thank you for a lovely stay. It was great service from the booking with Rosie in the UK to all the staff at the resort. The food was great and the room service superb. Breakfast in the morning was also a great idea.

It was wonderful staying at Baan Lotus! We were a group of 15 people and we had a lot of fun! The swimming pool being in our villa was a great enjoyment, we'd love to visit Samui again!

We stayed 2 weeks in Baan Lotus for a very pleasant time. We reccommend it. The chef service is something to try as well.
